The trekking adventure commences with a thrilling flight to Lukla airport, which is also called the Tenzing Hillary airport. Then, we will move towards the shanks through the Dudh Koshi Valley as we get deeper inside the Khumbu Region. Trek to Everest Region offers a stunning view of mountain peaks like Ama Dablam, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Thamserku, Tawche, and Kwangde. And it’s not just about the mountain peaks. We can explore the classic Sherpa culture and lifestyle. The Sagarmatha National Park is Rich in bio-diversity. During the trek, we can also enjoy the varied landscape that ranges from subtropical to temperate.
Everest Three Pass Trek begins with a flight to Lukla. Lukla airport is one of the world’s most dangerous airports. Obviously, if you are an adventure freak, you are going to enjoy this flight. From Lukla, we shall trek to Namche, which is a famous town in the Everest Region.

As we trek to the foothills of Everest, we will take a scenic walk across typical Sherpa villages. We can enjoy the splendid views of ranges like Ama Dablam, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Thamserku, Tawche, and Kwangde during the entire trek. Also, we can enjoy the spectacular glacier views in the Everest region. We will explore different bio-diversity in Sagarmatha National Park. During our today in Kathmandu, we can visit different world heritage sites.

Day 01: Arrival
Our representative will receive you from the airport. Then, you shall be transferred to the hotel. After some rest, you can visit our office to complete the remaining formalities. We will also brief you about the program in detail. Overnight in Kathmandu
Day 02: Kathmandu City Tour
Kathmandu is a world-famous tourist destination for its richness in cultural heritage. Early morning, we will visit Pashupatinath. Pashupatinath is a temple of Lord Shiva where pilgrimage from all over the world makes their wishes. Later, we will visit Boudhanath, which is another popular destination. It’s the biggest stupa in Nepal. We will also visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, which is home to Kumari, living Goddesses. During the evening, we will stroll around the street of Thamel. Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2840M), 30 minutes and trek to Phakding (2610M), 4hrs,
Early morning, we will take our flight to Lukla. The journey is interesting and adventurous as we fly amidst the grand mountain vistas. Our trek begins as we land at Lukla. After one hour’s gradual descent, we reach Cheplung village. Cheplung offers a great view of Mt. Khumbila, a sacred mountain that has never been climbed. From there, we will walk to Phakding. Day 04: Trek to Namche (3440M), 5-6 hrs,
Our trek commences as we cross Dudh Koshi River. First, we reach Benkar village that has a magnificent view of Mt. Thamserku (21,675ft). As we cross more bridges, we enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. We further pass through Jorsale village where we can enjoy the beautiful views of the Himalaya Peak as Everest, Lhotse, Tawache, and others. Overnight in Namche Bazaar
Day 05: Acclimatize day around Namche (3440M)
Today, we accommodate our body to the higher altitude of Namche. We might trek to a jagged ridge of Kongdi RI. Namche Bazaar is an attractive settlement in the Khumbu region. You have a full day to enjoy the beautiful view of panoramic views of mountain vistas. We can enjoy the splendid views of Ama Dablam, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Thamserku, Tawche, Kwangde, and so on. Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3860M), 5-6 hrs,
First, it’s an easy trail to Phunki Thanga. From here, we ascend to Tengboche. Tengboche is home to the world’s largest monastery. If we could walk fast and reach the monastery by 3:00 in the afternoon, we get to witness a religious Buddhist ceremony. Overnight in Tengboche
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4460M), 5-6 hrs,
As we walk downhill, we pass through the lush forests that are filled with birch, Rhododendron, and conifers. We trek with views of Lhotse, Mt. Everest, and Ama Dablam. The picturesque trail drops down before we cross Imja River. Then, we trek to Pangboche for the view of Pangboche Monastery. After crossing the river, we shall ultimately climb up to Dingboche. Day 08: Trek to Chhukung (4730M/15518ft), 5-6 hrs,
Our trail passes by stone-walled fields before we entering the glacier moraines by towering Himalayas. The trail then leads to Bibre, a yak herdsman place. Then, we reach the valley where we can enjoy an amazing view of Ama Dablam and Amphu Labsa. The trail is intersected by icy streams. We walk for half an hour to Chhukung. After lunch, we trek towards Chhukung Ri. From the top, we can enjoy the fantastic before we descend back to Chhukung. Overnight in Chhukung
Day 09: Acclimatization day around Chhukun-Ri (5550M/18208ft)
Today, we will not climb further. Instead, we will let our bodies acclimatize to the increasing altitude. During the day, we will climb Chhnukun-RI, which is our first success. From Chhukun-Ri, we can enjoy the stunning views of Ama Dablam and Amphu Labcha peaks. Then, we descend back to Chhukung to spend the night. Overnight in Chhukung
Day 10: Trek to Lobuche (4910M) via crossing Kongma-La Pass (5535M), 7-8 hrs,
We start today’s trek very early in the morning. Today, we need to reach the highest elevation of the trip i.e Kongma La pass. We can take a route over a hill that goes northwest of Chhukung. Or, we can walk to Bibre and trek above the Niyang Khola. The top of the Kongma-La pass is marked by the cairns and the Buddhist prayer flags. After some descent and climb to the moraine on the far side, the path turns north through Khumbu Glacier and leads to Lobuche.n Overnight in Lobuche
Day 11: Trek to Gorakshep (5140M) via Everest Base Camp (5364M), 5-6 hrs,
Our trail leads along the lateral moraine where we can see the crest of the northern ridge of Everest. We can also witness the views of Pumori, Mahalangur, Khumbutse, Nuptse, and other mountains peaks. Then, we ascend to Thangma Riju and Changri Glacier. The further climb takes us to Gorak Shep which is our stop for the night. After some rest, we continue to Everest Base Camp. As we pass through moraines, rocky dunes, and streams, we are surrounded by the mountains in all directions. After enjoying our time in Everest Base Camp, we shall trek back to Gorakshep. Day 12: Hike up to Kalapather (5550M) and trek to Dzongla (4830M), 7-8hrs,
Our trek to Kala Patthar commences early in the morning so that we can catch the remarkable views of the sun’s first ray on the Mt. Everest. However, trekking before dawn at such a cold temperature is not easy. But when we reach the viewpoint, we are blessed with the most fantastic views of Lingtren, Khumbutse, Everest, Nuptse, and Changtse. After enjoying the stunning Himalayan vista for some hours, we trace our way back to Dzongla. Overnight in Dzongla
Day 13: Trek to Gokyo (4750M) via Cho-La Pass (5368M),9hrs,
From Lobuche, we trek downhill alongside the Khumbu Glacier. Our route then splits into two. As we trek, the view of the looming Awi Peak blesses us. We pass through a stupa and continue to ascend.
The final ascent to the Cho La is a bit tricky as the path curves round. The top is marked by prayer flags and cairns. After some rest at the top, we continue to Gokyo. Today is a long day of the trek as we trek for about 9 hours. So better be mentally prepared. Overnight in Gokyo
Day 14: Hike to Gokyo-Ri (5357M) and back to Gokyo (5357M), 5-6 hrs,
Today, we climb Gokyo Ri and enjoy the incredible views of the mountain vista. We will let our body rest and acclimatize to such altitude. During the day, we trek to fourth Gokyo Lake which is only 3km from the Gokyo Village. Then, we continue to the 5th lake. Here, we get to enjoy the view from ‘Scoundrel’s Viewpoint’ that is located at the edge of the 5th lake. The views of Cho-Oyu, Lhotse, Nuptse, Gyachung Kang, Everest, and Makulu mountains are stunning. After enjoying our time, we will trek back to Gokyo. Overnight in Gokyo
Day 15: Trek to Lungdhen via crossing Renjo-La (5360M), 5-6 hrs,
Our trek begins after early morning breakfast. As we walk alongside Dudh Pokhari, we descend towards the Renjo La pass. The views from the Renjo La pass is similar to that from Gokyo Ri. Further continuing, our trail winds down a staircase and then climbs over to reach the south of Angladumba Tsho Lake. The presence of ice on the trail while descending can make our walk a bit hazardous.
On the way, we can enjoy the views of Renjo Lake and Relama Tsho. We walk down a narrow valley that is clogged with giant boulders to Lumde. One hour of the trek from Lumde takes us to Marlung. Overnight at Lumde
Day 16: Trek to Namche (3440M), 5-6 hrs,
Today, we will descend for about 1000m. The descent to Thame follows a classic route used by the Tibetan traders for centuries. We further cross the Bhote Koshi River and then descend to Taranga. The trail descends as we cross two bridges before Thame. Thame is famous for a Gompa situated on a hill to the west. Then we gradually descend to pass through a few small villages before we reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar
Day 17: Trek from Namche to Lukla (2840M/9317ft), 5-6 hrs,
We continue to descent as we cross multiple bridges over the Dudh Koshi River and its tributaries. Here, the trail gets more level and natural. As we enjoy walking on open plains, we pass through the rhododendron and pine forests. We walk past Sherpa villages that are filled with prayer stones and flags. After reaching Lukla, we will get time to stretch those sore legs and recall the awesome experiences of the last couple of weeks. Overnight in Lukla
Day 18: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu (1350M/4429ft), 25 minutes.
The flights to Kathmandu are scheduled for the early morning. After such a thrilling flight, we land in the capital city. After some rest and lunch in the hotel, we can stroll around the region or shop souvenirs for our loved ones. In the evening, we enjoy a farewell dinner to celebrate the successful journey to the mountains. Overnight in Kathmandu
Day 19: Departure
Our prodigious journey to the Everest region ends today. A representative from our company will drop you off at the airport as per your flight schedule.
