Khumbu Trekking:

The Khumbu is one of the most well known areas in Nepal as its main feature is the mighty Mount Everest, which dominates the region. This trek gives you the chance to explore the natural beauty of the Khumbu area, the local culture of the Sherpa people, Buddhist Monasteries, Glaicers and spectacular scenery. Treking is this region takes you to the top of the black rock which is Kalapattar and allows you the most breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Everest and the surrounding mountains. Its one of the most rewarding and challenging treks in the region.

Trekking Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 02: Full Day Kathmandu sight seeing Tour
Day 03: Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m,30 minutes flight) and trek to Phadking (2700m)
Day 04: Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3420m).
Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar (3420m).
Day 06: Namche to Tengboche (3850m)
Day 07: Tengboche to Pheriche (4240m). /Dingboche (4350m)
Day 08: Acclimatization day
Day 09: Pheriche/Dingboche to Lobuche (4930m).
Day 10: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5160m)
Day 11: Site trip to Kalapattar and Everest Base Camp.
Day 12: Trek back to Pheriche.
Day 13: Trek back to Tengboche.
Day 14: Trek back to Namche.
Day 15: Trek back to Lukla.
Day 16: Flight back to Kathmandu. (30 minutes flight)
Day 17: Leisure day in Kathmandu
Day 18: Transfer to Airport for your onward destination.
